A note from my heart

After living abroad for 5+ years, I've intimately seen the impact that digital nomads can have on a local economy - and it's not always pretty. I'm incredibly passionate about instilling a cultural awareness, mindfulness, and sense of responsibility to future digital nomads. I've coined the lens "culturally responsible nomadism", which refers to a mindset of living abroad that is culturally respectful, mindful, and values integrating into the local culture. You're not just there for cheap rent and beers, or to stay in the expat bubble. You're there to immerse in a new culture, contribute to local businesses, and learn about a new way of life.
